Research Laboratory
One of the SSCT’s 4 Thrusts focuses on Research. This allows the students to perform comparative studies on new and existing procedures by which medical laboratory science students need to look on the different possibilities and use their critical thinking skills in deriving a plausible conclusion. It also enhances their skill in analyzing data, making them more adept in multiple data analysis techniques, and evaluating published research studies for them to be up-to-date on the new techniques and procedures in research. Our laboratory facility includes modern-day equipment that is conducive in conducting laboratory experiments such as scientific research, experimentation and diagnostic work that will prepare the students with the necessary skills and values they will need in the real-world setting.
